What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened items. Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal care products like toothbrushes or menstrual cups cannot be returned once opened.
Are all your products vegan and cruelty-free?
The vast majority of our range is vegan. We vet every supplier to ensure no animal testing is involved, and we clearly label any products that contain ethically sourced beeswax or silk.
How long does shipping take?
