Eclat showcases zip, zing and everything you need to celebrate life's important moments, big or small - A fresh, zingy alcohol free sparkling wine from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain with notes of elderflower, ginger and lemon. Éclat has everything you need to celebrate life's important moments, big or small.

Ingredients: De-alcoholised wine, rectified concentrated grape must, water, juices from concentrate (elderflower, ginger, lemon), carbon dioxide, stabiliser (E456), preservative (E242). Contains sulphites.

Beginning with carefully selected base wines from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, Wednesday's Domaine wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients that lift body, flavour, aroma and length in the absence of alcohol.
